Shipping & Imports
SHIPPING COSTS: The transit costs displayed in the shop is an estimation and might be liable to change. The definitive total amount will be communicated to you through private email before payment.
INSURED SHIPPING: Glorious Antiques provides insured shipping all over the world. We generally use a 500 euros insurance, which is calculated into the shipping costs. In the case of cheaper products or on request we can lower or remove the insurance to make the shipping costs lower.
IMPORT COSTS: The buyer is responsible for all import costs, including customs.
Brocante & Antiques
Many of the products from Glorious Antiques are used secondhand items. These items may therefore contain signs of wear and damage. Each item is described as clearly as possible, including any defects and/or damage. Photos are also included to give you a good impression of the product. You may always contact Glorious Antiques for additional descriptions and photos. However, with these unique products, you are buying a used item, so don’t expect a new one. There is no warranty on these items.
Payment Methods
After we confirm your purchase and the total price, we will send you a direct invoice through PayPal. Other methods of payment can be discussed over private email.
Refunds and Cancellations
RETURNS: Due to their nature as fragile antiques, we do not offer returns and refunds for our products.
CANCELLATIONS: It is possible to cancel your order for free if the product hasn’t been sent yet. This can be communicated through private email. If you already paid for your order upon cancellation, the total amount will be refunded to the same bank account you paid with.
